Southwest Scrambled Eggs

3 egg whites, some fresh cilantro, red onion, and texochili cheddar from The Cheese People of Beloit (my favorites!) made up my delicious breakfast this morning. I garnished it, as you can see with some ripe on the vine tomato slices, avocado, black pepper, and sea salt. Yummy happy eggy breakfasty goodness. You know you love eggs as much as me...so try this one out. Is delightful.
